Itar Non Disclosure Agreement

I herein herely confirm that all defence articles, including technical data to which I have access, are not used for purposes other than those authorized by the United States. State Department, directorate of commercial defense controls and is not exported, transferred, disclosed by all means (para. B, oral disclosure, visual, fax, telephone access), whether in its original form, modified or in some other form, to another foreign person or to a foreign country or to a foreign unit without prior written authorization from the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Controls. I also acknowledge that I have verified the confidentiality agreement between the KSU and the sponsor of the ` and that I understand my obligations and my confidentiality obligations, in accordance with the work work to be concluded under this agreement. In signing this form, I agree: (1) to obtain and retain all this confidential information with confidence, (2) to disclose confidential information only to those who are working on the project or who have a specific need to know, and only after consultation with the KSU project manager; and (3) to return to the university all the original data and research results (including lab notebooks) when my work related to this project stops; and (4) to recognize and respect the awareness of all U.S. export rules, as announced by the U.S. Department of Commerce through its Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the U.S. Department of State through its International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Ammunition List, which I have access to by authorization from the U.S. Department of State, State Relevant ExportLicense/Authorization Number, and which is subject to export control by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (Tile 22, Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 120-130). I also recognize and understand that if I accidentally receive defense items for which I have not been authorized to access by the U.S. State Department, Directorate of Commercial Controls, I will report this unauthorized receipt and confirm the transfer as a violation of U.S. government rules.
